About the role
Install, maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, biometric systems, POS devices and IT hardware at client sites. Provide technical support, preventive maintenance, customer training and ensure timely resolution of service issues. Required Candidate profile Hands-on field engineer with 2–4 years of experience in CCTV, biometrics, POS and IT hardware. Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer handling skills. Willing to travel.
