About the role
Role & responsibilities - Understanding of Project - Customer perspective-Customer support - Subordinate development and training and self improvement Preferred candidate profile 1. Study of the technology transfer document from R&D and plan for the pilot trials. Consider data requirement and collection for commercialization. Plan for improvement trials for existing processes also. 2. Perform pilot trials considering availability and sizing of equipment, planning for procurement of raw materials. Follow the SOP and instructions given. 3. Consider process safety, conduct risk analysis and HAZOP, ensure implementation of safe working practices. Operate the DCS or manual controlled pilot plant equipment from control room or in field taking adequate precautions. 4. Review of the collected data and give suggestions for process improvements. 5. Review and perform calculations related to agitators, pumps, Heat duty, etc. Give data for commercialization and help in planning and commissioning of commercial scale plants. Estimate and give timelines for the same also. 6. Co-ordination with R&D, maintenance, electrical team for pre commissioning and commissioning activities. 7.
