Key Responsibilities: 1. Create detailed architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD and other software. 2. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that exceed expectations. 3. Utilize Autodesk 3ds Max and Google SketchUp to create 3D models and renderings for presentations. 4. Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines using MS Excel for effective project management. 5. Enhance design presentations and marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop. 6. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve design skills and processes.
