IT Administrator

GHD Infra Developers is looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Administrator to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments. Key Responsibilities : Ensure website security, regular backups, and performance optimization. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment. Manage office computers, laptops, printers, networking devices, and internet connectivity. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and applications. Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity. Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure across all departments. Maintain email accounts, cloud storage, domains, hosting, and SSL certificates. Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and regular system backups. Coordinate with external IT vendors whenever required. Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues promptly.
