About the role
As a Customer Support Analyst Level III at GHX, you will play a crucial role in meeting the needs of GHX's important customers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a strong working knowledge of GHX's Internet B2B exchange system, growth products, and customer support tools. You will assist customers in using the system, troubleshoot problems, and ensure efficiency, reliability, and quality in customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact for GHX customers via telephone, email, and the GHX Community Web Portal. - Work directly with customers to solve problems related to systems, products, and general information. - Collaborate with team members and departments to provide effective solutions to customers. - Utilize the Customer Relationship Management System Salesforce to record and research customer information. - Use the Customer Support Knowledge Base to assist customers and provide timely resolutions. - Contribute to the Customer Support Knowledge Base by documenting new issues and updating known issues. - Provide mentorship to junior analysts and escalate issues as needed. - Collaborate with peers and departments to resolve customer problems efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, electronic). - Strong technical troubleshooting skills across various platforms and products. - Good organizational skills and ability to work within deadlines. - Exceptional customer service skills with a positive customer focus. - Understanding of Information System components. - Ability to self-educate and identify learning opportunities. - Working knowledge of EDI-X12. - Organization and planning skills. - Attention to detail. - Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach. - Professional call handling and communication skills. - Accountability, integrity, and a positive attitude.
