Role Overview: You are a Full-Stack Java Developer joining the Engineering team to work on a next-generation transformation engine in the healthcare supply chain domain. Your role involves designing and implementing high-throughput, event-driven systems for mapping complex data structures in real-time to ensure interoperability across the global healthcare ecosystem. You will collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software enhancing user experience and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable, low-latency transformation logic using Java and Spring Boot for handling diverse document formats like EDI, XML, JSON, and Flat Files. - Build intuitive, high-performance dashboards and configuration interfaces using Angular for managing complex mapping rules. - Implement Event-Driven Architectures to ensure asynchronous processing and system resilience under heavy document loads. - Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs serving as gateways for transformation services. - Optimize data persistence across RDBMS and NoSQL for transactional integrity and high-scale storage. - Participate in modernizing the platform by leveraging cloud-native principles and microservices to replace legacy translation bottlenecks. - Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. - Develop backend services using Spring Boot, implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security, work with Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, and apply messaging/event-driven patterns using Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Write unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test. - Design and manage data models in PostgreSQL and MongoDB, optimize database queries, indexing, and performance to ensure transactional integrity and data consistency. - Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, containerize applications using Docker, and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features, participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to system design discussions and technical decisions. - Identify and implement improvements for system performance and reliability, contribute to reusable components and engineering best practices, and stay updated with modern development trends and tools. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 47 years of experience in full stack development. - Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Angular or React, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture. - Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Proficiency in Git/version control systems.
