About the role
Objective Of This Role: (Brief description of the role, why are we hiring, and what will person in this role do) The existing resource resigned from his position and serving the notice period Tasks & Responsibilities: (Major task and role person will have to perform list all the relevant points) Support to resolve the machine’s daily breakdowns to improve the machine uptime Independent shift handling Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, Spare part management and forecast Education & Trainings: (Basic & Professional) • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/instrumentation/mechatronics Engineering Technical know-how: (Mention the technology on which person must be experienced) • Mandatory: 1-2 years hands on experience with M& E machines(MINGSEN/JINGUAN/YMJ/MB) Knowledge of Smart card manufacturing machines. Know-how of corrective, preventive, risk-based and condition-based maintenance. Knowledge of Sensors, Servo Motor/drives, Relay Logics , PLC basics, Pneumatics • Good to know: About ,6Sigma, Lean, OEE Basic/Maintenance knowledge of Personalization machine ( ENTRUST/MATICA) ISO standards, PCI&NPCI guidelines Soft Skills: (Inputs on soft skills required for role, like team management, communication, customer management etc) • Good communication skill ,Hands-on experience on MS Excel ,MS Power Point, MS Word • Exposer on ISO relevant documents of maintenance
