Cybersecurity & SASE Analyst (Fresher)

About the job We are looking for a driven and technically curious Cybersecurity & SASE Analyst (Fresher) to join our delivery and pre-sales team in Delhi. This is a hands-on role you will work directly alongside senior engineers on live client deployments, POCs, and solution design across endpoint security, network security, and cloud-delivered SASE platforms.If you want to build a serious career in cybersecurity and not spend your first two years making PowerPoints, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SASE solutions (Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) across enterprise client environmentsSupport endpoint security deployments and policy management (EDR/XDR platforms)Assist with network security assessments firewall rules, VPN configurations, segmentation, and access controlParticipate in Proof of Concept (POC) engagements environment setup, testing, documentation, and client-facing demonstrationsPrepare technical documentation including HLDs, LLDs, prerequisite checklists, and MoMsMonitor security events, analyse logs, and assist in identifying vulnerabilities and misconfigurations across client environmentsResearch and stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats, OEM product updates, and industry best practicesSupport pre-sales activities RFP/RFQ responses, BOQs, and technical presentationsEducationB.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fieldFresher (01 year of experience); strong internship experience in cybersecurity will be an advantageTechnical SkillsFoundational knowledge of network security concepts firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, DNS, proxiesUnderstanding of endpoint security antivirus, EDR, device control, application whitelistingFamiliarity with SASE concepts Zero Trust, secure web gateway, CASB, ZTNABasic knowledge of networking fundamentals TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, switching, VLANsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plusKnowledge of common frameworks NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK is advantageousHands-on experience (labs, projects, or internship) with any security platform is a strong plusCertifications (preferred but not mandatory)CompTIA Security+Zscaler ZDTA / ZCACisco CyberOps AssociateCEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)Any vendor certification from Tenable, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar Skills: Cyber Security and Network Security Skill(s) required Cyber Security Network Security Earn certifications in these skills Learn VLSI Learn AI in Data Science Learn Embedded Systems Learn Git & Github Learn Ethical Hacking Learn SQL for Data Analytics Learn Cloud Computing Salary Probation: Duration: Salary during probation: After probation: Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year Number of openings 1 Editor’s note Information above is Internshala's interpretation and paraphrasing of what we found on the shared link.
