Identity Security Engineer/Analyst L1

Key Requirements Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning Basic exposure to IAM/PAM/IGA tools (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, ForgeRock any one or more) Understanding access management protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) Communication & Client-Facing Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to confidently present solutions and demos to internal stakeholders and customers Comfortable conducting Proof of Concept (POC) sessions and walkthroughs for customers Professional client interaction and follow-up capability Other Expectations: Willingness to learn and work on identity security tools/platforms as per project needs Ability to document and articulate technical solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences Work Location: In person .
