Job Description Job Title: O365 Services Collaboration Engineer (L2 / L3) Location: Noida Experience: 3 to 10 Job Summary We are looking for skilled O365 Services Collaboration Engineers to support and manage Microsoft 365 collaboration tools . The role involves troubleshooting, administration, user support, and ensuring smooth collaboration services for enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities L2 O365 Services Collaboration Provide L2 support for O365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions Troubleshoot email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive issues Perform configuration changes, updates, and basic administration Monitor service health and SLA adherence Escalate complex issues to L3 or vendors L3 O365 Services Collaboration Act as L3 escalation point for complex O365 issues Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis Manage tenant configuration, compliance, and security policies Support migration, integration, and deployment of O365 services Drive automation, monitoring, and process improvements Mentor L1/L2 engineers and define best practices Required Skills Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration Hands-on with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and security policies Experience with PowerShell scripting for O365 automation Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/change management Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Good to Have Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent) Experience with third-party collaboration tools and integrations Knowledge of security compliance tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Purview) Education Bachelor s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
