About the role
Required Skills: - Expertise in Embedded C++, RTOS, Device drivers, compiler linkers, debuggers - Communication protocols - I2C, SPI, Modbus, TCP/IP, IOT and other - Fair understanding of Electronics Hardware design - Good spoken and written communication skills, Testing Preferable - Knowledge of PDLC processes like Agile, SCRUM, - CI/CD, DevOps, Release management experience Experience: (Domain) Essential - Engineering, Instrumentation, Embedded Services Preferable - Experience in Fuel Dispenser domain Outcomes and Deliverables (Include in Job Posting) Deliverables - Requirements converted to WBS and creation of de-risked plan - Focus on Teams improvement on domain, technology & processes - Supporting team by eliminating obstacles Outcomes - On time delivery of projects - First time right code, with zero defects - Engaged and motivated team Physical Demands: - Being present in office (WHF only in rare scenarios) Work Setting: - 90% from office - Around 10% Travel to customer sites for field trials, customer meetings nearby Mumbai and factory visits (Coimbatore) for validation / Production enabling .
