Data Scientist - Machine Learning

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and building scalable predictive models as a Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning and Python. Your role will involve statistical analysis, hands-on ML model development, and translating business problems into analytical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems. - Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation. - Work with large datasets to extract actionable insights and build predictive solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions. - Build and maintain data pipelines and model workflows. - Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency. - Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner. Qualification Required: - 8 to 10 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning. - Strong programming expertise in Python (libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.). - Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. - Experience with model evaluation, tuning, and validation techniques. - Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data analysis. - Experience working with large and complex datasets. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
