Process Engineer

Process Engineer, responsible for leading supplier engagement program. • Experienced in providing technical solutions to resolve production line issues and Process optimization or Improvements. • Experienced in creating validation documents / remediation • Should be familiar applying Six-Sigma tools, Lean concepts, Root Cause Analysis, VSM analysis for line optimization and Cost savings • Should be familiar to execute Problem solving tools like DMAIC or PDCA • Good to have experience in executing Process Validations, Process controls, Risk Management and FMEAs • Experienced in Project Creation, Scheduling, Monitoring, Forecasting and Reporting • Preferred to have knowledge of PLM tools (Agile, windchill etc.) • Ability to co-ordinate and work with different cross-functional teams • Good understanding of medical device standards like ISO 13485, FDA and EU / MDR Regulations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
