About the role

IAM Knowledge : Understand IAM concepts (e.g., JML, RBAC, provisioning) and their application within the SailPoint IIQ platform. Development and Integration: Develop and integrate IIQ connectors (both out-of-the-box and custom), potentially using languages like Java, Beanshell, or PowerShell. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and collaborate with clients to identify root causes and implement solutions. Documentation and Standards: Maintain documentation, create standards, and ensure adherence to best practices for IIQ implementation. Client Communication: Communicate with clients at both functional and technical levels, providing status updates and addressing queries. Required Skills: SailPoint IIQ Expertise: Strong understanding of IIQ modules, features, and functionalities. IAM Knowledge: Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts. Programming Skills: Experience with programming languages like Java, Beanshell, or PowerShell. SQL Knowledge: Ability to write SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting.
