Roles & Responsibilities: Design end-to-end UI/UX for SaaS, CRM, ERP, or other B2B products Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into logical user flows and intuitive product experiences Identify user pain points and craft scalable, user-centered design solutions that enhance overall usability Conduct user research, competitor analysis, user interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions Apply strong problem-solving skills to break down complex requirements into efficient design solutions Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle Ensure design consistency and quality across all product modules Requirements 2+ years of experience in Product Design / UI-UX Design Prior experience designing SaaS, CRM, ERP, or B2B products preferred Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Company Description GLDIGI SOLUTIONS is a top-rated software company based in Chennai, India.
