About the role
You will be working as an Executive Project Manager at Gleeds, a global property and construction consultancy with over 150 years of expertise, operating in 28 countries worldwide. Your primary location will be in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, working on FMCG/Industrial projects. As the Executive Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Leading the construction team for execution and successful delivery of projects. - Directing the Project Engineering team, Construction Managers, and Assistant Project Managers across disciplines including Civil and MEP. - Preparing the master construction program, monitoring timely execution of milestones. - Ensuring on-time achievement of project deliverables while maintaining alignment to scope, cost, and quality. - Managing the project risk register and implementing mitigation measures for identified risks. - Supervising safe execution of critical activities in coordination with the H&S Manager. - Overseeing construction delivery in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and approved method statements. - Tracking contractor work progress and performance with respect to time and cost benchmarks. - Overseeing project documentation, reporting, and contractor bill validations. - Planning labour and material resources in line with construction needs. - Ensuring compliance with statutory labour regulations and avoiding child labour. - Handling multiple projects simultaneously and providing proactive client advisement. - Identifying opportunities to enhance project scope and generate additional revenue. - Providing critical inputs based on site performance and risks for management decision-making. - Managing end-to-end billing and collection of project fees. - Ensuring compliance with QMS SOPs and maintaining project records. - Monitoring employee engagement and reducing attrition at the site. Qualifications & Experience required for this role: - Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - 18+ years of experience in construction project management, including leadership roles. - Preferred experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical projects. - Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and client relationship management skills. - Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. - Proven track record in delivering large projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards. - Proficiency in MS Projects, basic experience in AutoCAD, and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
