S/4 HANA Basis Consultant

Location: Hyderabad Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled SAP BTP S/4 HANA Basis Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring and maintaining SAP Basis components in the context of SAP S/4 HANA on the SAP Business Technology Platform. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain SAP Basis components including system landscapes, client management, transport management, and system monitoring in SAP S/4 HANA environments. Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations for SAP S/4 HANA and related applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform. Configure and manage SAP BTP services such as SAP Cloud Connector, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Basis and SAP S/4 HANA performance, security, and reliability. Perform system refreshes, system copies, and system backups in accordance with established procedures. Provide guidance and support to junior members of the SAP Basis team and end-users as needed. Stay current with SAP Basis and SAP S/4 HANA technology trends and updates, and make recommendations for system improvements and optimizations. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with specific experience in SAP S/4 HANA environments. Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services and components. Proficiency in SAP system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of SAP Basis concepts such as system monitoring, user management, and authorization administration. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA migrations, upgrades, and system conversions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. SAP certification in Basis administration or related field is a plus.
