About the role
Role & Responsibilities - Work with the senior team with business requirements and directing the team - Participate in the full software development lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Handle of both customer-facing and server-side development tasks. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for product-based platforms and solutions. - Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services using Java Spring Boot. - Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs with responsive UI components. - Work closely with the UI/UX design, Frontend and Backend teams to deliver new features. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring the smooth functioning of the application. - Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications Preferred Candidate Profile - Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 8-12 years of experience and a strong track record as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role. - Proven working experience in a startup environment is a MUST. - Demonstrated leadership experience in leading and managing technical teams. - Solid backend development expertise in Java and Spring Boot, including database management using PostgreSQL databases, and RESTful APIs. - Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React.js,. - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development methodologies. - Solid understanding of application security, performance optimisation, and coding best practices. - Highly results-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. .
