Membership Testing Specialist

• Associates degree in business and/or Information Systems or equivalent work experience • 1-2 years Membership or Benefit experience, preferably in the medical insurance industry • Ability to analyze and manipulate data • Experience with Membership data validation and systems • Strong written and oral communication skills to present findings from data analysis to management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems • 1-2 years’ experience in system testing and report development • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot electronic data issues • Strong familiarity with quality assurance principles and testing procedure • Experience with issue tracking software programs • Web based and software testing experience
