Demonstrated ability to integrate the whole picture through creation of end-to-end test scenarios along with functional, regression, and performance (stress/load) test plans, Advanced knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, automated testing and terminology Advanced proficiency with SQL server and writing SQL queries. Any experience with ETL is a plus. Ability to quickly assess requirements of a project, set performance goals and assess the scope of a project Experience in reporting test results to different functional groups, proficient at Excel Proven ability to deliver products with highest quality and on time. Strong software troubleshooting and software problem analysis skills A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. Ability to gain the respect of the development teams on the basis of technical knowledge, hands-on style and decision-making ability on technical issues. Very effective oral, written and presentation skills and the ability to resolve issues in a collaborative effort. This will have a customer facing component for Customer facing acceptance of the solution. Ability to prioritize, solve complex tasks and recognize and escalate risks without supervision Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple activities with changing priorities simultaneously. Competency to utilize Company software and proficiency in Microsoft software applications and a willingness to learn new systems as necessary. Proven track record serving in a leading role in Quality Assurance teams. Ability to work in a Fast Paced Environment and Interact effectively with different groups and escalate risks on time. Ability to function as a team player and to be a self-starter. Experience with developing/ enhancing automation tools is a plus. Ability to travel and work as needed to meet Company objectives. College Degree is required. Typically these skills result from an undergraduate degree in computer science or related subject.
