Blockchain Consultant / Head of Blockchain Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid/Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Consultant / Head of Blockchain to lead the design, development, and implementation of blockchain-based products and solutions. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, oversee technical development, and work closely with business and technology teams to build scalable blockchain applications. Key Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of blockchain-based products and platforms. - Design secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain architectures. - Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to define product requirements. - Evaluate and recommend suitable blockchain technologies and frameworks. - Ensure security, performance, and scalability of blockchain solutions. - Guide and mentor the blockchain development team. - Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, protocols, and industry best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Certifications or experience in Blockchain technologies are preferred. Experience - 510 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in blockchain development. - Experience in designing and deploying blockchain applications. - Experience with smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps) is preferred. Skills - Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, or similar platforms. - Experience with Smart Contracts (Solidity or equivalent). - Understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and distributed ledger technologies. - Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
