Responsibilities

• SAP FSCM Configure and support SAP FSCM modules:

• Credit Management

• Collections Management

• Dispute Management

• Cash Management

• Biller Direct (preferred)

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Support credit risk assessment and customer credit exposure management.

• Participate in FSCM enhancement and transformation projects.

• SAP FICO Configure and support:

• General Ledger (GL)

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Asset Accounting (AA)

• Bank Accounting

• Cost Center Accounting

• Profit Center Accounting

• Internal Orders

• Product Costing

• COPA

• Perform business requirement analysis and functional design.

• Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Integration & Support Work closely with SD, MM, Treasury, and other SAP teams for cross-functional integration.

• Analyze and resolve support tickets and production issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.

• Support data migration, testing, and cutover activities.

• Project Implementation Participate in all phases of SAP project lifecycle:

• Requirement Gathering

• Fit-Gap Analysis

• Solution Design

• Configuration

• Unit Testing

• Integration Testing

• UAT Support

• Go-Live & Hypercare

• Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business users and finance teams.

• Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer.

• Prepare project documentation, process flows, and training materials.

• Mandatory Skill Sets : SAP Finance & Controlling, S4 HANA, Support/ E2E implementation

• Person Specification: Highly confident with providing to support users Strong attention to detail and a keen to desire deliver the highest quality solutions to customers. Solves complex problems with creative solutions / proposals Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities

• Required Skills and Qualifications: Preferred Skill sets: Consulting Experience, Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP FICO / S4HANA Sales certification) are a plus.

• Years of Experience required : 5 -1 1 years of experience

• Education qualification : Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering
