Develop and maintain IAM architecture strategy, standards, roadmaps, and reference architectures. Lead architecture and technical design for IAM integrations across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments. Oversee implementation of identity lifecycle management, provisioning workflows, access governance, and privileged access controls. Conduct architecture reviews, technology assessments, and security evaluations for enterprise systems and projects. Desired Profile 15+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in IAM, cybersecurity architecture, or security engineering. Strong hands-on expertise with enterprise IAM platforms such as Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or CyberArk. Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale IAM solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments. Strong understanding of authentication protocols and identity standards including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and LDAP. Expertise in SSO, MFA, federation, RBAC/ABAC, PAM, identity governance, and Zero Trust architecture. Industry BFSI Functional Area Technology Skills IAM, Cyber security Architecture, Security Engineering Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber security, or a related discipline is required.
