Senior BI Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior BI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and data engineering principles, with the ability to translate complex analytical requirements into intuitive and impactful dashboards. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports with a strong focus on usability, performance, and data accuracyBuild and optimize Tableau dashboards for advanced data visualization and business insightsTranslate business and analytical requirements into efficient semantic data models, DAX, and SQL logicImplement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS), data governance, and access control mechanismsAutomate data refresh processes and ensure reliability of reporting pipelinesApply version control practices and adhere to chapter standards for BI developmentEnsure all dashboards follow design system standards and accessibility guidelinesCollaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end BI solutionsOptimize report performance and troubleshoot data or visualization issues Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data AnalyticsStrong hands-on expertise in Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, Performance Tuning)Experience with Tableau developmentProficiency in SQL and data transformation techniquesExperience with SSRS reportingSolid understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL workflowsFamiliarity with data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)Experience implementing RLS and data security best practicesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good to Have Experience working in banking or financial services domainExposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for BI deploymentsExperience with Python or scripting for data automation We are looking for a highly skilled Senior BI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions.
