You will be joining the HR Analytics team as a Junior Data Scientist at GlobalFoundries. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop analytical solutions using AI/ML algorithms and statistical/mathematical models to uncover HR insights. You will work on visualizing data insights using Excel and BI tools, creating and maintaining data models/pipelines, and performing in-depth data analysis to generate meaningful HR reports for stakeholders. Collaboration with the global HR analytics team and ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop analytical solutions using AI/ML algorithms and statistical/mathematical models. - Visualize data insights using Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI). - Create and maintain data models/pipelines to support HR analytics and insights. - Perform in-depth data analysis to generate meaningful HR insights and reports for stakeholders. - Collaborate with the global HR analytics team to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all HR data models and pipelines. - Continuously optimize and improve HR data models and processes for better performance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in a Technical Domain (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics). - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, with a focus on HR analytics preferred. - Strong proficiency in Advanced analytics, Programming (Python/R), Data Modelling, Data pipeline development, SQL, and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to HR and business stakeholders.
