Lead Business Analyst - SAP IBP

Your Job : Lead the business process design for SAP solutions in supply and demand planning to streamline supply chain operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing, and IT, to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives. Provide expert guidance and support in configuring SAP IBP modules. Conduct thorough analysis of existing supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP solutions. Stay updated with the latest SAP advancements and industry trends to continuously enhance the organizations supply chain capabilities. Required Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Should have relevant 10+ years of experience. Must have proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on deploying SAP IBP and other planning applications. Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Proficient in project management tools and software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in supply chain planning. Additional Skill: Certification in SAP IBP or other relevant planning applications. Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
