About the role
Essential Responsibilities: Design and debug power converters. Various hardware testing. Test setup development through automation. Device breakdown Test Accelerated testing (Accelerated HTRB, HTGB and HTOL) Required Skills: Profound knowledge power devices, design and working principle of power converters, Hard and Soft Switching and Device Breakdown Profound knowledge of microcontroller programming (For example DSP and SP32) Skill to debug converter circuits Basic understanding of programming like C/C++/Python/MATLAB Concept of GaN Devices. Good understanding of each parameter of power MOSFET datasheet (For example Breakdown Voltage, Leakage Currents, Threshold Voltage and RDSON) Knowledge of equipment for Device Characterisation (eg. B1505) is preferred. Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety Security requirements and programs Required Qualifications : Education: B.Tech/MTech in Electrical Engineering (Specialization in Power Electronics) Years of Experience - For B.Tech, minimum 3 years, For M.Tech - 2 year Preferred Qualifications: Masters in Electrical Engineering / Power electronics.
