DevOps/Platform Lead

As a DevOps/Platform Lead specializing in Cloud Manager (CM) and Cloud Orchestration, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Deep expertise in Kubernetes architecture and container orchestration. - Strong experience with Helm, Kubernetes manifests. - Proven experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (using tools like Jenkins). - Leading cluster security hardening, secrets management, image scanning, and compliance controls. - Establishing best practices for container security, including image scanning and vulnerability management. - Strong experience with Ansible Playbooks. - Automated Kubernetes resource provisioning using Ansible k8s and k8s_info modules. - Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and Bash. - Selecting and implementing appropriate tools and technologies for monitoring, logging, configuration management, and orchestration. - Integrating security best practices and compliance controls into the DevOps pipeline and infrastructure design. - Working closely with development, operations, and security teams to provide technical guidance and leadership for DevOps transformation. - Continuously evaluating and improving DevOps practices and processes to enhance productivity, reliability, and the overall software development lifecycle. - Implementing and managing monitoring and logging solutions to identify and resolve issues in technical operations and ensure system stability. - Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions using cloud-native technologies. - Leading efforts to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and speed.
