Requirements Role Summary Technical leader and delivery owner responsible for translating product requirements into execution, ensuring quality, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.Technical Requirements Frontend Expertise in modern React, including:Hooks and component architectureRedux Toolkit (RTK)API integration using AxiosMaterial UIPerformance optimization and state management patternsBackendStrong experience with Python / Django, including:Django REST FrameworkDjango Admin customizationAPI design using OpenAPI/SwaggerFamiliarity with Elasticsearch:Querying, indexing, debugging relevanceExperience with Python Elasticsearch SDK (preferred)Infrastructure / DevOpsExperience with:Azure DevOps (Repos + Boards)Azure Pipelines (CI/CD)General understanding of Azure (AKS knowledge is a plus but not required)AI / Modern ToolingExposure to Azure OpenAI (preferred)Comfortable using AI coding tools responsibly:Must fully understand all generated codeNo blind usage or copy-paste without validationCritical Mindset Requirement Strong ownership: every line of code reviewed, understood, and defensibleWillingness to push back on poor requirements or risky approaches Job responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend, and QATranslate high-level product requirements into:Technical designsWell-scoped Jira/Azure DevOps ticketsSprint plans and timelinesLead sprint ceremonies and ensure consistent team velocityAct as primary liaison between offshore team and internal stakeholdersDrive code quality through reviews and architectural guidanceProactively identify risks, blockers, and tradeoffsOwn production stability, incident coordination, and root cause analysisCommunication Expectations Excellent written and verbal English (non-negotiable)Daily, structured updates (progress, blockers, risks)Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and tradeoffsHigh responsiveness and reliability in async communication What we offer Exciting Projects: We focus on industries like High-Tech, communication, media, healthcare, retail and telecom.
