Requirements We are seeking a Principal Engineer to drive the design and development of the recent OneAPI backend platform, a scalable API infrastructure running on cloud-native architecture (AWS & GCP). The Principal Engineer will guide a small team of engineers, provide hands-on coding expertise, and ensure delivery excellence with a DevOps-first mindset. 10+ years of backend engineering experience with strong expertise in Java & Spring Boot. Proven experience building platform-level APIs and distributed systems. Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) and cloud-native architectures. Strong Kubernetes (K8s) experience for container orchestration. DevOps mindset: CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, automation. Should have Familiriaty with Agentic AI Experience leading small, versatile teams and collaborating across disciplines.
