Rail Domain: (Preferred) Experience with Rail or transport infrastructure projects Communication: Elite facilitation and presentation skills; ability to simplify technical AI concepts for business stakeholders. Industry Lifecycle Design: Apply industry-specific knowledge to map As-Is/To-Be processes, specifically across vehicle sales, service, and spare parts lifecycles. End-to-End Delivery: Own the enhancement backlog and translate functional requirements into precise technical specifications for developers. Strategic Advisory: Act as an SME on Salesforce releases and AI best practices, leading change management and user adoption strategies. Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with Data and Integration teams to ensure Salesforce harmonizes with upstream/downstream industry retail systems.
