We seek a SAP Joule Techno-Functional Consultant, Senior -Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed

• We are looking for an SAP Joule Techno-Functional Consultant with 2–3 years of SAP consulting, implementation, or support experience.
• The candidate should have a reasonable understanding of SAP Joule, SAP Business AI, and at least one SAP functional area such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or Customer Experience.
• The role will involve supporting Joule Base onboarding, configuration, integration, testing, user access, and issue resolution across supported SAP cloud applications.
• The consultant will also work on Joule Premium use cases, including requirement analysis, prompt and response testing, AI use-case validation, consumption monitoring, and extension using SAP BTP, Joule Studio, SAP Build, APIs, workflows, or related services.
• The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of SAP BTP, identity and authorization concepts, integrations, APIs, and business process mapping.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are required, along with an interest in generative AI, responsible AI, and delivering practical business outcomes through SAP Joule.
