Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Engineer / Architect Job Description: We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals with strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform and its various modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules as per business requirements. Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Work on workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and custom applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment. Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices. Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as SecOps, GRC. Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and automation. Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
