About the role
As an Executive/Assistant Manager in Routing & Procurement at Globe Teleservices, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of SMS traffic by optimizing routes, maintaining relationships with carriers, and ensuring high-quality message delivery. Your role will require strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and industry knowledge to manage SMS routing and maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with regulations and service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: - SMS Routing Optimization - Monitor and manage SMS routing tables to ensure optimal cost and quality of service. - Analyze delivery performance metrics and proactively address routing issues. - Implement strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery rates without compromising quality. - Evaluate and onboard new routing options to expand SMS delivery capabilities. - Manages MNP & HLR services - Act as the primary point of contact for escalation of routing-related issues with vendors. - Traffic Monitoring and Troubleshooting - Monitor live SMS traffic to detect and resolve routing or delivery issues in real-time. - Use tools and platforms to analyze message delivery reports and troubleshoot failed messages. - Collaborate with technical teams to address network and platform-related issues. - Compliance and Reporting - Ensure SMS traffic complies with global regulations. - Maintain proper documentation of routing changes and performance metrics. - Generate and present detailed reports on delivery performance, costs, and routing optimizations to senior management. - Collaboration - Work closely with account managers, sales teams, and technical support to understand client requirements and adapt routing strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with finance and billing teams to reconcile traffic volumes and costs.
