BS/MS degree in Computer Science Requirements: Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent data collection and analysis skills. Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practices. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Responsibilities: Executes test cases under varying circumstances Documents and evaluates test results Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors Reviews test procedures and develops test scripts Partners with engineers to drive QA efforts Helping with bug detection and fixing.
