About the role
Role Overview: As a Network L2/L3 Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure. You will configure and troubleshoot various networking technologies such as Routing, Switching, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, Firewall, NAT, and ACL. Additionally, you will monitor network performance, resolve critical incidents, and support wireless infrastructure and network security solutions. Your role will also involve performing network upgrades, failover testing, DR activities, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders for issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure. - Configure and troubleshoot Routing, Switching, MPLS, SD-WAN, and VPN environments. - Monitor network performance and resolve critical incidents. - Support wireless infrastructure and network security solutions. - Perform network upgrades, failover testing, DR activities, and RCA preparation. - Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for issue resolution. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching technologies. - Experience with OSPF, BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN. - Familiarity with Cisco, Aruba, Nexus, Catalyst devices. - Proficiency in Wireless technologies (WLC, WLAN, Access Points). - Understanding of Firewall, NAT, ACL configurations. - Ability to perform Network Troubleshooting & Performance Monitoring. - ITIL Process Knowledge is a plus.
