Senior Manager Planning and Project Management

As a Senior Project Manager with 1012 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of complex digital products, including travel eSIM platforms, mobile applications, and web solutions. Your role will involve driving delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless coordination between business, product, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: - Project Execution & Delivery: - Own and drive end-to-end project execution across web and mobile platforms - Ensure timely delivery while maintaining scope, quality, and budget - Manage multiple parallel projects with clear prioritization - Sprint Planning & Agile Execution: - Lead Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, and Retrospectives - Maintain and prioritize product backlog in alignment with business goals - Ensure smooth execution of Agile/Scrum ceremonies - Requirement Management: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements - Convert business needs into clear user stories, PRDs, and BRDs - Ensure requirements are well understood by development teams - Stakeholder & Client Communication: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders - Provide regular updates, reports, and delivery timelines - Manage expectations and ensure transparency - Cross-functional Collaboration: - Coordinate between engineering, QA, design, DevOps, and product teams - Remove blockers and ensure smooth communication across teams - Drive alignment between business and technical teams - Team Management & Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams - Ensure optimal resource allocation and workload distribution - Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement - Risk & Quality Management: - Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies - Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices - Monitor delivery health using KPIs and metrics - Documentation & Governance: - Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Confluence/Jira/Monday - Ensure proper versioning and traceability of requirements - Establish and enforce project governance frameworks - AI & Productivity Optimization: - Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, automation tools) to: - Improve planning and documentation - Accelerate delivery timelines - Optimize team productivity Qualifications Required: - 1012 years of experience in Project/Program Management (IT/Software) - Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) - Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies - Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Monday, Trello, or similar - Experience managing mobile applications (iOS, Android, Flutter preferred) and web platforms and APIs - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Leadership & Soft Skills: - Strong leadership and team management capabilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability - Experience in conflict resolution and risk handling - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment Good to Have: - PMP / Scrum Master Certification - Experience in travel tech, telecom, or eSIM domain - Exposure to global clients and distributed teams - Knowledge of analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools Skills Required: api, flutter, monday.com, ios, jira, confluence, cursors, agile, project management skills, trello, software development life cycle (sdlc), android, scrum, automation tools As a Senior Project Manager with 1012 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of complex digital products, including travel eSIM platforms, mobile applications, and web solutions.
