Senior MEAN Stack Developer

Experience Level : 6–8 Years Location : Hybrid (Pune) Employment Type : Full-time The Role We are seeking a seasoned Senior MEAN Stack Developer with a high degree of technical ownership and a passion for building high-performance, public-facing web applications. At the 6–8 year experience mark, we expect you to be more than just a coder; you are an architect of user experiences and a champion of clean, scalable code. You will lead the development of enterprise-grade applications where performance, discoverability (SEO), and data-driven insights are as critical as the core business logic. Key Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Design and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using Angular (v19+), Node.js, Express, and MongoDB within an Nx Monorepo environment. Performance Engineering: Own the Core Web Vitals. You will be responsible for optimizing LCP, FCP, and CLS, ensuring our applications pass Lighthouse audits with flying colors. Public Web Strategy: Implement advanced SEO strategies, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and integrate Google Tag Manager (GTM) events and UserCentric (Consent Management) for privacy compliance. Modern State Management: Shift beyond traditional patterns to implement Angular Signals and robust caching layers to ensure a fluid UI/UX. Quality & Reliability: Drive a Test-Driven Development (TDD) culture by writing comprehensive unit and integration tests. DevOps & Collaboration: Manage complex CI/CD workflows via GitHub, leveraging Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to ensure code maintainability across the team. Technical Requirements Category Skills Required Frontend Angular (6+ years) , Deep understanding of SSR , Signals , RxJS, and Lifecycle hooks. Backend Node.js & Express , building RESTful APIs, Middleware architecture, and Authentication (JWT/OAuth). Database MongoDB (Schema design, Indexing, and Aggregation pipelines). Optimization Lighthouse Audit , Caching strategies (Redis/Browser), LCP/FCP optimization. Tools & Workflow Nx Monorepo , GitHub Actions, Gitflow, GTM , and UserCentric integration. Testing Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or Cypress; mastery of TDD . Preferred Qualifications Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles. Proven experience in building high-traffic, public-facing websites where SEO and performance are KPIs. Experience mentoring mid-level developers and performing rigorous code reviews. Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
