Urgent Requirement We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with experience in the MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building complex web applications using MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, Next.js, RTK, and NodeJS. As a MERN Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of new features, maintaining and improving the existing codebase, and ensuring the highest level of code quality. Required: Immediate Joining Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using MERN stack with React.js, Next.js and RTK. Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code. Collaborate with the development team to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment. Continuously improve code quality, development processes, and tools. Troubleshoot and debug issues with the application. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in developing web applications using MERN stack with Next.js and RTK. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies Experience in building complex and scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, Next.js, RTK, and Node JS. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript / Typescript Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX. Familiarity with web development tools such as NPM, Webpack, Babel, etc. Experience with Git version control system and related workflows. Understanding of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning. Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. Ability to write unit tests and perform automated testing. Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
