Network Reliability - Successful daily meter communication rate Target- 99.9% communication systems used in smart metering solutions (RF mesh, point-to- multipoint, etc.). 2. Root Cause Documentation - RF issues with RCA documented Target - 95% 3. Training Sessions Delivered - RF training / walkthroughs Target - 10 annually 4. Installation Compliance - Adherence to RF installation SOPs Target 100% 5. Dead-Zone Identification Accuracy - Correct identification of poor RF areas Target- ¥ 95% 6. Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR RF Field Issues) - Time to resolve RF connectivity issues Target- 48 hrs 7. Field-Level Resolution Rate - Issues resolved without escalation • • • • • Lead and contribute to RF architecture planning for smart meters, data concentrators, and head-end systems. Perform RF link budget analysis, coverage planning, and performance optimization in urban and rural field conditions. Analyse and troubleshoot RF performance issues in deployed smart metering networks. Work closely with meter OEMs, chipset vendors, and system integrators on RF- related topics. Coordinate with firmware, embedded, and backend teams to ensure seamless RF communication and system integration. Participate in field trials, pilots, and large- scale rollouts of RF-based smart metering networks. 8. Ownership Visibility - Clear ownership of RF issues Target High 9. Minimum 1 years hands-on experience in RF-based smart metering solutions.
