Project Management Preparation of Integrated IT project Plans in MS projects or Primavera by defining the critical path in it. Close monitoring of the project by projecting, S-curve, Variance details, Plan Vs Actual detail of the project. Design Management : - Design Reviews of Airport IT Network (Active Passive), communication, CCTV , Access control system, FIDS, MATV Check-in systems Ensure all Networks, communication, CCTV, ACS, FIDS, MATV Check-in systems requirements and specifications are captured as per RFP. Close coordination with all airport stake holders and internal departments in identifying / capturing the IT systems requirements. Also to ensure all systems are seamlessly interfaced integrated with existing IT network , communication, CCTV, ACS FIDS, MATV Check-in infrastructure Procurement management: Assist in preparation of technical Specifications, BOQs and technology requirements for RFPs. Assisting in evaluation of technical proposals and preparation of statements of Technical Comparisons. Ensure the compliances are as per RFP specifications and functional requirements. Installation Commissioning Coordinate with contractors for review of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings. Coordinate with stakeholders for installation and execution of IT Systems. Ensure all installations are according to the designs. Ensure timely execution of IT installations. Testing Validation test results of installed systems Verification Interface integrations of all Sub Systems Ensure Final testing of all installed systems Handover of Projects. Validation and verification of final documents which are submitted by vendors/contractors. Completion of all snags / pending documentations. Co-ordination with Operations and end users for the handover activities. FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS OTHER DIMENSIONS Handled multiple vendors and their staff To handle team of 3-6 engineers Managing Multiple Vendors and Stakeholders EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS B. Tech Graduate with IT/CSE/ECE CCNP or other relevant Industry Certifications RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 8 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation with min 2 - 3 years of Airport IT projects experience is preferable
