About the role
You will be responsible for designing and developing production fixtures, jigs, gauges, and automation equipment. This includes creating 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOMs using Creo software. You will also be expected to apply Lean Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke, and process optimization techniques, as well as conduct feasibility studies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing production fixtures, jigs, gauges, and automation equipment - Creating 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOMs using Creo software - Applying Lean Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke, and process optimization techniques - Conducting feasibility studies The qualifications required for this position are: - Strong working knowledge of Creo Design Software - Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to assembly operations - Ability to troubleshoot design and automation-related issues on the shop floor You will be responsible for designing and developing production fixtures, jigs, gauges, and automation equipment.
