Job Description Company: Go Digit General Insurance Location: Mumbai & Delhi WHAT THIS ROLE IS: Field-facing role at the intersection of business development, product adoption, and partner support. You will own the rollout and adoption of Digits technology stack across insurance distribution partners in your territory not from a desk, but by being present with partners and their teams. You will be the face of Digits partner technology initiative on the ground. WHAT YOULL DO: Drive adoption of Digits partner-facing technology tools across assigned partners onboard new partners, train agent teams, and push active usage across modules (renewals, fresh business, winback, automated calling). Own end-to-end technology setup for partners: configure accounts, upload data, run handholding sessions, and ensure tools are live and being used before you move to the next partner. Be the first point of contact for partner-side issues and bugs log, triage, and follow through to resolution with the tech team. Partners should never be chasing. Accompany sales on partner visits and independently run technology review meetings come prepared with data on what the partner is and isnt using. Track partner activity and flag disengaging partners before they go dormant. Proactively intervene. Feed ground-level product feedback into the central team whats breaking, whats confusing, what partners are asking for. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR: 24 years in a partner-facing, field sales, or technology adoption role insurance, fintech, or SaaS distribution is a plus. Comfortable picking up and troubleshooting software tools quickly not a developer, but you shouldnt need hand-holding. Strong with people: can train a room of telecallers, hold a review with a partners leadership, and escalate issues to tech all in the same day.
