Senior Specialist, Cybersecurity Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Our site in Pune, India is seeking a Senior Specialist, Cybersecurity Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) who will serve as a technical SME for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing administration of the Clear Skye IGA solution. This role will engineer integrations, build governance workflows, drive automation, and provide expert-level support for identity lifecycle, access governance, and compliance operations. What Youll Do: Configure Clear Skye workflows, catalogs, request models, certification campaigns, and role structures. Implement integrations with HR systems, AD/Entra ID, and business applications. Support joiner/mover/leaver processes, entitlement modeling, and account lifecycle automation. Maintain and finetune Clear Skye configurations, policies, and scripts. Develop automation using scripting and platformnative capabilities to streamline identity governance operations. Provide expert guidance on identity architecture, governance controls, and IGA best practices. Collaborate with crossfunctional IT and security teams to embed identity governance across applications and services. Triage and resolve complex identity issues involving workflows, provisioning logic, connectors, or access anomalies. Coordinate escalations with vendors and internal engineering teams. Evaluate emerging trends and enhance the IGA operating model, platform performance, and reporting. Produce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledgebase articles. Provide technical support to end-users for Identity Management-related issues, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution. What We Seek: Bachelors degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 5 - 8 years of experience in IAM/IGA, security engineering, or identity operations. Handson experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, or major IGA platforms (Clear Skye preferred) like SailPoint, Saviynt etc. Expertise in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python). Strong understanding of identity governance concepts such as RBAC, SoD, and certification processes. Experience integrating IAM or IGA tools with enterprise applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with non-technical users Outstanding Candidates Will Have: A proven ability to design scalable, policydriven identity governance architectures that align with business processes. Deep expertise in automating complex identity workflows using scripting, APIs, and platformnative capabilities. Strong crosssystem data modeling skills, ensuring clean, reliable identity data across HR, IAM, and application systems. A track record of diagnosing and resolving complex IGA issues across workflows, connectors, entitlements, and SoD constraints. The ability to influence and guide application, security, and IT teams in adopting strong, practical governance controls.
