About the role
Product Manager GoTrack Air As a Product Manager for GoTrack Air, you will own the air cargo tracking engine that enterprises rely on for speed, predictability, and trust. This role sits at the intersection of airline integrations, data quality, and operational truth, turning fragmented and unreliable air cargo signals into a system customers can plan their business around. Employment Type: Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week Define and execute the roadmap for GoTrack's air tracking capabilities across airlines, forwarders, and data partners. Decide what data matters, which sources to trust, and how uncertainty is handled, not just what gets integrated. Integrations & Data Ingestion Own end-to-end air tracking integrations including airline APIs, partner feeds, fallback mechanisms, and reconciliation logic. Work closely with engineering to ensure integrations are reliable, explainable, and production-grade. Data SLAs & Quality Systems Design meaningful Data SLAs covering latency, completeness, and ETA stability, along with quality frameworks that directly map to customer impact. Lead how conflicting events, missing milestones, and volatile ETAs are resolved and presented. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Ops, Sales, and Support to align on one source of truth. 2-4 years of product management experience on data-heavy, technical products Experience dealing with unreliable or multi-source external data B2B SaaS or enterprise product background Logistics, air cargo, or supply chain exposure is a strong plus Data SLAs drive internal prioritization and faster issue resolution We're not building dashboards.
