Site Engineer - Highway

Godawari Harsh Construction Pvt Ltd. is seeking to hire an experienced Site Engineer- Roads and Highway. Must have B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of experience to qualify as a Site Engineer- Roads and Highway. JOB RESPONSIBILITES:- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. Designing local road schemes and maintaining the road network, including structures such as bridges. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts. Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients. Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. Minimum Requirements E./ B.Tech In Civil Engineering. 4-5 years of relevant work experience. Two wheelers drivers license. Team working and relationship-building skills An eye for detail Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects. Great written and verbal communication skills. A willingness to learn. Commercial awareness an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project
