Function as a product expert for application configuration and design, optimizing features, user experience, data integrity and system performance - Requires both broad and deep industry knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end business application solutions. India localization knowledge essential. / Customer Support (min 4 years) Latest version of the product INFOR core product technology skills sets. Essential : - Clear communicator (written and verbal). - Creative solving of business process problems & conflict resolution. - Complete command over the product (latest version and one version prior to latest) - Knowledge of interview techniques - Excellent command over English language - Think clearly and calmly under pressure Preferred : -- Engineering Graduate / CA/ CWA/ MCA/ MBA/BSC IT/BSC Computer Science/ Diploma Computer Science/ Application/ BCOM
