Role Overview As an Oracle Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical database applications that power our manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient technical solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our Oracle-based systems, directly impacting our ability to manage production workflows and business intelligence effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, and triggers to support core business applications and data integrity. Design and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports to provide actionable insights and user-friendly interfaces for internal departments. Collaborate with functional teams to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement tuning strategies within the Oracle database environment. Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, from gathering technical specifications to deployment and post-implementation support. Ensure high availability and security of database objects by adhering to best practices in coding standards and documentation. Integrate Oracle-based modules with existing enterprise systems to streamline data flow across the organization. Required Skillset Proven expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, with a strong ability to write complex queries and manage database objects effectively. Hands-on experience in building and maintaining Oracle Forms and Reports for enterprise-level applications. Demonstrated ability to perform database tuning and optimization to improve system responsiveness. Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into robust technical architectures. Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders. A minimum of 6 to 9 years of professional experience in Oracle development environments.
