EHS Lead

Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 715 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced EHS Lead to manage Environment, Health & Safety activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing EHS systems, conducting safety audits, managing PTW processes, ensuring statutory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor EHS policies and safety procedures. Conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification. Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and contractor safety. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs. Investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions, and maintain EHS documentation. Ensure compliance with statutory, client, and company safety standards. Required Skills Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) PTW System Safety Audits & Risk Assessment Contractor Safety Management Incident Investigation Construction Site Safety Statutory Compliance Preferred Industry Data Centre, EPC, MEP, Commercial, or Industrial Construction Projects. Qualification Degree in Engineering B.E or B.Tech NEBOSH or Industrial Safety certification preferred. Candidates based in Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate are preferred.
