Estimation - Lead / Assistant Manager

Candidate Expectation and Roles & Responsibilities: Aeronautical Engineers with working in Costing and Estimations and extensive knowledge of manufacturing process. 4-7 with Working knowledge in Aerospace /Automation having & work experience in High cost Product Manufacturing Candidates will be required to demonstrate, and role model the following Bridgestone Values: Agility - to work in a matrix, complex and fast paced environment. Experience of fast paced, matrix & multinational environment. Willing to work in Night Shifts. MS Office Proficient, & Tableau, VBS & Power Bi added advantage, ERP Conceptually strong on Supply chain and Cost estimates. Ability to work on various ERP, Multiple tools for risk assessment, profitability, Engineering drawings etc. Ability to work independently in accomplishing tasks to benefit the advancement of the larger group Ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously to deliver on tight deadlines and adapt to changes in support of our customers/support organizations Cross functional coordination skills to bring a diverse group of stakeholders together to achieve a common goal .
